Nova Smile Refund & Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your Nova Smile purchase.
7-Day Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
- The outer box is undamaged
- Proof of purchase (order number) is provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used whitening strips
- Products with damaged or missing seals
- Products purchased more than 7 days ago
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll replace it at no cost to you.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@novasmile.pk with your order number and reason
- Our team will guide you through the return process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
Refund Method
Refunds are issued via bank transfer or the original payment method used.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
